Due to unavoidable circumstances, i asked for date change support with additional amount but hotel denied the same. They have changed for the room where i have not stayed. Makemy訂房網站 team also not able to do anything and finally i have to suffer.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

Location is excellant, Stn is easily & quickly reachable, facilities & room services are excellant, staff behaviour is very polite & humble, Breakfatst is also very good, food qly is awesome, overall very good experience

it Seems everything was good but the Hotel receptionist was not that supportive as it sud be .I think they were not happy with rates in wt I hv booked.

Room cleanliness 5/5 Food 5/5 But your first point of contact us is reception which is worst they are not responding at all making their face terrible so they will ruin your mind in the very beginning so not recommended

The stay of four nights was good I opted for breakfast, but none of the days I had breakfast as they were served only after 8.00 am. I had to start at 7.30 am. It was mentioned in the menu that the breakfast will be served from 7.30 am. I had to start my day without breakfast.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. And comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you
